COVID 19 Guidance

Ashbourne Baseball and its members will follow the rules and guidance of the government of the Republic of Ireland, the Health Services Executive, Baseball Ireland and Softball Ireland at all times.

No club member will put other club members at risk by disregarding government guidance on self isolation. If a member shows symptoms of COVID-19, suspects or knows they have been exposed to COVID-19, they are not to attend club events for a period of 14 days or until have received medical clearance that they are not infected. Similarly, if a club member is instructed to self isolate after a period of travel, they are not to attend club events.

Club members will practice social distancing and sanitisation protocols at all events consistent with government guidelines. Club members will be required to sanitise their hands upon arrival and at regular intervals throughout club events.

It is the responsibility of all club members to follow and enforce these guidelines. If a member is disregarding these guidelines, it is to be reported to a member of the club executive, coaching staff or team captain.
